The Manual Therapy Clinic is providing you with the following Terms and Conditions for your access and use of www.themanualtherapyclinic.uk. Please read this legal agreement carefully to fully understand your rights and responsibilities. By using this site, you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must exit from and not use this website.

The Manual Therapy Clinic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. To access, and sometimes to continue using the website, you may be asked to provide basic identification information such as name, gender, address, phone number, email address, provider number, date of birth, and/or other information to verify your identity and to determine what information can be made available to you.

Occasionally, these Terms and Conditions may change without notice. These changes will be effective and binding as of the notice or the date the changes are posted on The Manual Therapy Clinic website.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your privacy in connection with our data collection in online services.

We operate on a 24 hours’ notice cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and to avoid a charge. If you do not attend the appointment or cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge a 20 pounds cancellation fee of your appointment will be applied and any pre-payments forfeited.

If you’re more than 20 minutes late for your appointment your therapist might not be able to see you.

If you do not come to your appointment you must pay the 20 pounds no-show fee before being able to booked a new appointment with us.

Cancellations requested via email on Saturdays after 12pm and on Sundays won’t be addressed until Monday, which will count as less than a 24 hours notice and you might be subjected to pay the cancellation fee.

We accept most debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash. We are unable to accept cheque payments.

When is necessary we may refer you onto a third party, whereby we will send a referral letter, after which the responsibility is on you to arrange an appointment with them. Afterward we cannot be responsible of the third-party terms and conditions.

Therapeutic procedures and treatments can be at times confusing for patients. Our Physiotherapists will not begin any form of objective assessment, or indeed

treatment unless you have given your consent. This may be given verbally, or for some interventions such as dry-needling.

We recommend you bringing comfortable clothes for the examination and asses’ tests. The therapist will always respect your concerns but if you feel uncomfortable about the examination, please feel free to ask any questions that you may have at any time during your session, your therapist will be more than happy to explain things to you.

After your assessment, your therapist will discuss their findings with you and propose a treatment plan tailored specifically to your own goals.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a first approach will be necessary to book and appointment face-to-face if the therapist and the patient agree. A written consent will be required before any face-to face appointment to confirm as far as they concerned do not have symptoms and do not be in contact with Covid-19 positive tested I the last 14 days.
