We may collect this special personal information about you if there is relevant for your assessment and/or treatment.

And Second, about heath, both physical and mental.

Special Category personal information relating to health can include (but is not limited to) clinical notes, examination findings, medical imaging data related to your care, diagnostic test results, correspondence and communications from other clinical professionals which relates to your current or past clinical care.

 

 

8. Information we process because we have to

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a Therapist- Patient contract we have with you. If you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract.

We may use it in order to:

• verify your identity for security purposes.

• provide you with our services.

• provide you with suggestions and advice on our services.

 

We shall continue to process and save your information under GDPR regulations for 6 years until we should securely destroy the files.

 

9. Complaints regarding content on our website

Our website is a publishing medium and a booking programme for appointments. If you complain about any generated content be in contact with us. Free speech is a fundamental right, so will consider any complain and if we think your complaint is justified, we will remove it.

 

10. Information relating to your method of payment

Payment information is never taken by us.

All the payments will be provided after the appointment by cash, card or transfer; or only by contact free payment method due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Vouchers and blocks will be also paid by the named method above.

 

11. Communicating with us and

When you contact us, whether by telephone, WhatsApp, through our email address, hello@themanualtherapyclinic.uk or social media including Facebook or Instagram. We record your request but we do not keep any personal information wasn´t allowed to keep for further communication.
